Returns & Refunds Policy

Returns

  • Returns are accepted within 10 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition received.

  • To start a return, contact us at support@stylnoova.com with your order number and reason for return.

  • Customers are responsible for the return shipping cost unless the item received is defective or incorrect.

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we’ll notify you of your refund approval.

  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns on:

  • Clearance or final sale items

  • Personal care products (for hygiene reasons)

  • Items damaged due to misuse, accident, or improper handling

Damaged or Wrong Items

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please email support@stylnoova.com within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or refund.

Cancellations

Orders can only be canceled within 6 hours of purchase. Once shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.
