Returns
Returns are accepted within 10 days of delivery.
Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition received.
To start a return, contact us at support@stylnoova.com with your order number and reason for return.
Customers are responsible for the return shipping cost unless the item received is defective or incorrect.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we’ll notify you of your refund approval.
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns on:
Clearance or final sale items
Personal care products (for hygiene reasons)
Items damaged due to misuse, accident, or improper handling
Damaged or Wrong Items
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please email support@stylnoova.com within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or refund.
Cancellations
Orders can only be canceled within 6 hours of purchase. Once shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.
